Shipping charge are € 6,95 in the Netherlands, € 9,50 for EU Country’s.
Outside the EU shipping charge on request.
Free delivery within the EU, when you spend over € 100.-
All orders will be shipped within 5 days after placement of your order.
When the product is out of stock we will contact you.
All merchandise shipped by KoKo is tracked by serial numbers.
Any claims made against merchandise that does not bear the same numbers or marking will be refused.
All claims either for broken, defective or returned merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.
For returned merchandise, your account will be credited for merchandise only.
No replacement or credit will be given under the following conditions:
1.The requist is made after 10 days from the receipt date.
2.The item is returned without the original shipping carton and all paperwork without notice by the Inspector.
